Job Description

As an Executive, you will be responsible for processing transactions in line with standard operating procedures and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that transactions are processed as per standard operating procedures available on the client learning management system.
• Process refunds correctly, ensuring they are issued to the appropriate payees as per SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and MS Teams, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met.
• Ensure that the quality of transactions complies with predefined parameters as per SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant data to supervisors on a daily basis to measure performance at an individual and process level.

Primary Internal Interactions

• Assistant Manager - Operations for reporting performance, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.
• Manager for resolving any outstanding issues left unaddressed or unsolved.
• Associates (Team Members) for seeking cooperation and clarification on process-related matters and providing support when required.
• SME/Process trainer for training as and when required.

Primary External Interactions

• Supervisors at the client end for seeking clarifications and answering queries.
• Trainers at the client end for training purposes.
• Onshore Supervisors and SMEs via email and calls for operational coordination.
• Communicates externally via letters with customers.

Qualifications

• Any graduate in B.Com, BA, or BBA with 0-6 months of experience in Insurance Back Office.
• Relevant experience, especially in accounting and Excel-based analysis.
