Role Overview

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering prompt and professional assistance to customers. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may involve hardware, software, communications systems, installation, or a combination of these elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers as part of a 24x7 support operation.
• Provide remote troubleshooting for Enphase products and systems.
• Review, approve, and process warranty claims when required.
• Share pre-sales information and product details with customers.
• Assist customers with the activation of new Enphase sites when needed.
• Record all customer interactions and activities in the company CRM or help desk platform.
• Work with engineering teams to track field issues, report product bugs, and support product improvements.
• Support team members with troubleshooting or administrative tasks when required.
• Follow departmental processes, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training related to industry standards and Enphase products.
• Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.
• Comply with company policies, standards of conduct, and assigned responsibilities.

The support team operates throughout the year, including weekends and night shifts. Candidates should be willing to work weekend schedules and night login shifts (9:00 PM or 11:00 PM) as required.

Preferred Background

Applicants should be comfortable working with computer systems and troubleshooting tools. A basic understanding of electrical concepts, including AC and DC circuits, is valuable. Exposure to solar or photovoltaic environments can be beneficial for this role.
