The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering prompt and professional assistance to customers. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may involve hardware, software, communications systems, installation, or a combination of these elements.
The support team operates throughout the year, including weekends and night shifts. Candidates should be willing to work weekend schedules and night login shifts (9:00 PM or 11:00 PM) as required.
Applicants should be comfortable working with computer systems and troubleshooting tools. A basic understanding of electrical concepts, including AC and DC circuits, is valuable. Exposure to solar or photovoltaic environments can be beneficial for this role.
