Role Responsibilities

1. Tool Design & Development

• Design, develop, and enhance engineering or productivity tools that support project execution and operational efficiency.
• Turn user requirements and process needs into functional tool specifications.
• Build new features and improve existing tools to meet stakeholder and project requirements.

2. User Support & Deployment

• Support rollout of tools across projects or teams.
• Provide training, demos, and user support to engineers and stakeholders.
• Gather user feedback and make improvements based on operational usage.

3. Process Improvement & Automation

• Find opportunities to automate manual or repetitive engineering tasks using tools.
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of engineering deliverables through tool usage.
• Propose creative ideas for tool-based process improvements.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with project teams, engineering leads, and managers to align tool functionality with project needs.
• Take part in design reviews and technical discussions about tool usage and enhancements.
• Share timely status updates and reports on tool development activities.

5. Compliance & Quality

• Make sure tools meet internal engineering standards, quality checklists, and organizational guidelines.
• Support audits, reviews, and quality checks related to tool-generated outputs.
