Emerson Hiring Temporary Operator in Chennai | Full-Time On-Site

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Make sure operations follow the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
• Handle daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop as directed and per the schedule.
• Carry out product assembly and basic equipment operation.
• Set up and run winding machines, spot welding machines and molding machines.
• Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for the coil shop and assembly shop.
• Be flexible, as responsibilities may rotate within the position.
• Follow all quality standards.
• Take an active part in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen.

Work environment: Manufacturing environment.

For this role, you will need:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 0-2 years of experience operating assembly and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Physical demands: ability to lift 3 kilograms and distinguish colors.
• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI or any degree.
