About the Role
Illumina is seeking an EAM Data Steward to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within its SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This entry-level position offers exposure to data management practices, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute EAM data entry and updates in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Maintain Med Tech master data in SAP systems.
- Follow documented procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data checks and validations under supervision.
- Prepare basic reports and performance metrics related to EAM activities.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and record observations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data alignment and system functionality.
- Suggest process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist with audits and data quality reviews.
- Support the setup of remote sites under guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience with SAP or enterprise software systems.
- Basic knowledge of EAM, CMMS, or maintenance processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
