Job Overview
We are looking for a Software Intern to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with the Disprz professional services group to configure backend jobs and integrate HRMS systems. You will gain hands-on experience with C# .NET backend programming, SQL/NoSQL databases, and HRMS integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to quickly understand product functionality are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the professional services technical team on backend and integration tasks
- Learn and apply C# .NET backend programming
- Work with the integration team to understand HRMS and Mooc integration frameworks
- Support ongoing implementation projects within 3–4 months of onboarding
- Work with REST APIs and gain hands-on experience in MS SQL/Postgres or equivalent databases
- Develop an understanding of Disprz LMS & LXP products
- Contribute to implementation projects under the guidance of project managers

- Strong programming skills with a willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexible, motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
