About the Role
Airbus is seeking a motivated Digital Governance Project Management Intern to join our team in Bangalore for a 6-month internship. This role is part of Airbus' ongoing Digital Transformation journey, which is central to shaping the future of our operations and services.
About Airbus Digital Governance
Within the Digital function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a pivotal role in enabling digital transformation by framing strategic intentions, supporting domains and product lines, and reporting consolidated views to aid decision-making. In India, our Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team fosters synergies across multiple domains worldwide, sharing best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project management and coordination activities.
- Support in planning, preparing project charters, and creating Gantt charts.
- Coordinate daily project tasks across teams and monitor schedules.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports and risk logs.
- Propose process improvements, templates, and workflows.
- Define KPIs and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Draft concise updates for internal communications.
- Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and visual content creation tools.
- Initiative-driven, curious, and culturally aware.
- Fluent in English.
