Corporate Title: Analyst/Associate
The Team
- The Loans Enablement Group (LEG) is a global support team within GFCT that delivers process-driven operational and administrative assistance to the Global Financing business.
- The group collaborates with colleagues across New York, London, and Singapore. The India team supports the administration and lifecycle management of the global loan portfolio.
Role Description
- The Loans Enablement Group supports lending activities across new and existing financing transactions through structured process execution, portfolio administration, and coordination with front office, legal, middle office, and operations teams.
- The position is primarily process-focused and includes responsibilities such as deal logging, supporting KYC and documentation workflows, invoice handling, portfolio performance reporting, and day-to-day assistance for loan lifecycle events across a global portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of loan processes and the lending lifecycle, from deal screening to portfolio administration, including deal logging, KYC, booking, servicing, invoicing, covenant monitoring, and documentation.
- Work closely with global stakeholders across front office, legal, operations, middle office, and other support teams.
- Support operational risk management within the process framework.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workflows accurately.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability supported by a technical or quantitative academic background.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may evolve.
- High level of ownership, discipline, and follow-through with a client-focused approach to supporting transactions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities with sound judgment and a proactive approach.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Exposure to basic automation tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional handling of confidential information with strong awareness of controls and data sensitivity.
