Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation, with strong attention to accuracy and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in candidate calling and direct candidate connect to gather and verify required information efficiently.
• Ability to review, cross-check and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity and consistency.
• Working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services environment.
• Strong communication skills to support clear coordination during verification and documentation follow-up.
