Job Description

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
• Day-to-day contact with customers via email and MS Teams
• Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, representing customer needs and wants
• Strong experience working with Excel and spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with fluent English speaking and writing
• Provide and accept timely feedback on process training and ensure prompt corrective action
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Strong accounting skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Good computer navigation skills and MS Office knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with strict deadlines
