Role overview: Analyst role in National, which comprises sector agnostic teams working across industries, within the ASU Forensics Investigations and Compliance group.

EY Forensic and Integrity Services professionals help organizations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. They assist companies and their legal counsel to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges. The team puts integrity at the heart of compliance programs to manage ethical and reputational risks.

The integrated approach covers areas such as governance, controls, culture and data insights, from targeted enhancements to full organizational design and structural implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation with strong attention to accuracy and compliance standards.
• Proficient in candidate calling and direct candidate connect to gather and verify required information efficiently.
• Review, cross-check and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity and consistency.
• Working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services environment.
• Clear coordination during verification and documentation follow-up activities.
