Deutsche Bank Mumbai Hiring Associate, Trade Finance Lending Coordination

Role Description

This role handles the accurate and timely processing of limit check requests in the db Limits Pending Queue for corporate clients' Documentary Trade Portfolio, including Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit and Transaction-Based Finance.

• Document the limit checks performed.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, including liaising with internal divisions.
• Meet the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Follow and maintain the defined limit check process and complete the required reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track transactions received in the pending queue daily.
• Perform credit limit checks as per the defined standard.
• Review the queue and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage urgent requests and ensure their completion.
• Document exceptions and make sure the SLAs agreed with the business on timeliness and quality are met.
• Maintain supporting documents for the process.
• Prepare reports and analysis on transactions that do not pass through direct limit check and remain in the pending queue.
