About the Team

The Platform Sustainability function is a cross-divisional function linked to both the investment and product divisions of DWS Group. It coordinates the business implementation of DWS's Sustainability Strategy and the related regulatory requirements for products and investments. Its focus covers the liquid product range and the product-related sustainability activities for alternative investments, including sustainability frameworks, their integration into engagement and ESG processes, and product-specific investment policies.

The Product Infrastructure & Standards team sits within Platform Sustainability in the Product Division. It develops the sustainability-related product infrastructure, including data management, and supports product disclosure processes. The team designs efficient processes for a technology-driven future and helps track regulatory developments shaping the industry, working closely with Product Division colleagues and sustainability experts across DWS globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Product Sustainability Analyst in the Infrastructure & Standards Team, you will share responsibility for:

• Analysing and conceptualizing sustainability-related data and process flows, from product development to monitoring investment guideline compliance
• Coordinating and overseeing systematic changes in close collaboration with business and infrastructure teams
• Developing a workflow tool for product launches
• Automating existing processes related to fund disclosures
• Supporting the development of sustainability-related product infrastructure, with exposure to sustainability specialists and sustainability investment experts
