Job Description

This administrative support role focuses on assisting individuals, small teams or departments rather than the entire office. Key responsibilities include:

• Editing, proofing, formatting and producing documents
• Entering data and filing or archiving paper and electronic documents
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars and travel arrangements
• Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources

This level requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, gained through work experience, and may require vocational or basic technical education. The role involves moderate supervision and the ability to resolve routine issues independently, with occasional deviations from or improvements to standard procedures.
