Job Description
Job Title: TFL – Trade Transition – NCT
This role is part of the Trade Finance Operations team, which manages products such as Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The position provides exposure to multiple trade finance processes and products.
Team members receive training and guidance from subject matter experts, helping them develop a deeper understanding of trade finance operations and related processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily trade finance operations including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the delivery hub while meeting customer service level agreements.
- Monitor and review outstanding transactions and ensure operational accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
- Work closely with branch operations teams and sales staff to support effective collaboration.
Skills and Experience
- Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by ICC such as UCP and URC.
- Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks involved in trade products and services.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Willingness to work in late night shifts when required.
