Job Title: Confirmation Analyst (Japanese), NCT

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

  • The Audit and Balance Confirmation Team provides confirmation regarding a customer's business relationship on a specific date, upon receiving a request from the client in Japanese. This process is ongoing throughout the year. The final consolidated confirmation from all stakeholders is then dispatched to the respective customer and auditor.
  • The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality service that complies with bank values and beliefs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analysts are required to generate Balance Position statements by accessing several internal and external applications, specifically in Japanese. The extracted data from these applications must then be analyzed and entered into the workflow tools.
  • Analysts are also responsible for understanding queries received in mailboxes and responding to stakeholders accordingly in Japanese.
  • Team members are also required to perform quality checking/4-eye reviews.
