Job Title: TFL – Trade Transition – NCT

This position is part of the Trade Finance Operations team, supporting a range of products including Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The role offers exposure to multiple trade finance processes and opportunities to expand knowledge across different products.

Team members receive training and guidance from subject matter experts to develop expertise in trade finance operations and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of trade transactions including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the trade operations delivery hub.
• Ensure service level agreements are met while reviewing and managing outstanding transactions.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
• Work closely with branch operations and sales teams to support effective collaboration and service delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), including UCP and URC.
• Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks related to trade finance products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work in late night shifts when required.
