Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Actions & Income Analyst - NCT
The role involves handling processes related to accrual processing, record date balancing, and payment processing for institutional counterparties. These activities apply to traded stock positions, stock lending positions, and client holdings across ex and record dates for both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with DBOI and onshore or nearshore partners.
- Manage large transaction volumes and escalate issues to the Team Manager or onshore clients when required.
- Execute daily operational tasks within defined benchmarks and maintain minimal error levels.
- Reconcile trade positions or books for entitlement calculations.
- Book new positions in Deutsche Bank systems.
- Follow up with counterparties on claims and initiate payments.
- Perform post-pay date reconciliation and close files accordingly.
- Spend a significant portion of time on transaction processing while supervising assigned process deliverables.
- Act as the first escalation point for exceptions and aged breaks.
- Allocate work to processing executives through system queues and email requests.
- Ensure relevant operational controls are executed and maintain the four-eyes control principle.
- Adhere to internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal requirements.
- Inform the Team Manager about exceptional events and manage team responsibilities during their absence.
- Handle leave management activities for the team.
- Train other candidates on the process when required.
Primary Working Relationships
- Internal clients including Event Management and Client Services Group.
- Brokers, clients, and custodians through phone or email communication.
- Internal teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
- Operations control teams handling break issues across Bangalore, London, Frankfurt, Jacksonville, and Pune.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of corporate actions processes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex operational situations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Clear communication with internal and external teams via phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in regional business hours and shift schedules.
- Availability to travel when required.
