Job Title: Apprentice hiring for 2026 – 2027

This 12 month apprenticeship under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme provides practical, on the job training. Completion of the apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment with Deutsche Bank Group.

Role Description

• The apprentice will learn, develop, and support day to day operations within the Global Transaction Banking team, assisting both local and offshore clients of GTB Investor Services.
• This role focuses on daily Know Your Client (KYC) and non core KYC related activities.
• The jobholder reports to the AVP, Global Transaction Banking (Mumbai) for guidance and authority. The role requires independent interaction with internal and external stakeholders and awareness of regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management (CAM)

• Perform activities that support regulatory reporting.
• Proactively follow up and manage expectations with stakeholders involved in reporting processes.
• Identify issues, escalate them appropriately, determine root causes, and support resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintain client documentation and ensure proper data storage according to regulatory requirements.
• Track management information (MI) to ensure there are no aging items.

Skills and Experience

• Fresh graduates with degrees such as BA, BS, B.Com, or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new concepts.
• Professional approach while assisting stakeholders, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
• Interest in developing new skills with a strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
