About the Programme

Role Description

PB Lending Operations (Banking) team is part of Wealth Management Operations, which takes care of loan payments, receivables, invoice generations, auto debit setup, loan reporting, collateral bookings, and reconciliations for private clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparing daily activity sheets, processing repricing, rollover, interest, principal paydown, MFFs, etc. in Loan IQ system.
• Managing email box and processing funding requests on already set up loans in the system.
• Setting up new deals in Loan IQ system and working on amendment requests.
• Generating outstanding invoices, fund transfers, and reconciliation of accruals vs outstanding payments of lending business.
• Sharing invoices with clients over email or mail.
• Adjusting interest rates in deposit accounts when required.
• Preparing automated and manual reports on outstanding documents and sharing them with business.
• Keeping track of outstanding documents on loan accounts and following up with business for submission.
• Identifying business risks and reporting them to respective stakeholders.
• Preparing an action plan to mitigate risks and closing outstanding risk items within deadlines.
• Handling audit requirements by explaining processes and providing documents.
• Training new staff and keeping documents updated to process and audit requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

• Supporting Private Banking Operations team.
• Working on maintaining account details and garnishment processing of Private Bank clients.
• Exposure to EMEA-based garnishment instructions.
• Self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Follow-through skills, effective communication, fluency in Microsoft Office, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach.
• German Language B1/B2 level is must for this role.
• Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
