Key Responsibilities

• Audit data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency according to established quality standards.
• Analyze and manipulate data based on defined business rules and procedures.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the research team to train and address quality errors.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
• Strong understanding of BD Operations workflows.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets and investment management firms.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience in web research, especially from government or official sources.
• Understanding of financial services and related terminology.
