This position serves as the final checkpoint for data validation, ensuring that all information in our database meets quality benchmarks. You will help detect and correct errors, preventing inaccuracies from reaching clients and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency according to established quality standards.
- Analyze and manipulate data based on defined business rules and procedures.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the research team to train and address quality errors.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality.
- Execute data cleanup measures and determine root causes for issues.
- Assess the business impact of data quality concerns and propose long-term solutions.
- Participate actively in team meetings, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Strong understanding of BD Operations workflows.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment management firms.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience in web research, especially from government or official sources.
- Understanding of financial services and related terminology.
