Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients holding overdue accounts to facilitate settlements and implement preventive measures for high-risk accounts.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of KYC and AML processes, with a focus on the India market and Project Fusion.
- Identify and assess available data sources, recommend additional data requirements, and collaborate with data owners for integration.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor and improve KYC/AML processes.
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify process enhancement opportunities and present insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance while reducing operational risks.
