Role Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our SVigil Security team. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, adaptable, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves both technical analysis and customer-facing responsibilities to resolve cybersecurity issues of varying complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze security incidents tagged by SVigil.
- Interpret scan results to assess vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
- Generate detailed reports highlighting risks and remediation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in vendor risk management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
