Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated SDE - Backend Intern to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in backend development while working on cutting-edge cybersecurity products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using NodeJS or Go.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Stay updated with backend development and cybersecurity trends.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides.
- Contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in NodeJS or Go.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, protocols, and APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and design principles.
- Interest in cybersecurity and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
