What you'll do

In this role, you will assist colleagues by responding to and investigating queries related to business processes, policies, and procedures. You will build an understanding of customer and operational requirements and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

  • Identify barriers affecting performance and coordinate improvements that enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with operational centres while offering guidance and support to increase knowledge and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities, log incidents, and monitor trends
  • Review manual or inefficient processes and highlight areas that could be automated or improved
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving overall customer service and experience

The skills you'll need

The role requires strong organisational and planning abilities along with careful attention to detail. You should be comfortable working under pressure and capable of managing several tasks while maintaining accuracy.

  • Ability to analyse and work with performance-related data
  • Graduates from B.Com, BA, BBA, or BSc (Non‑IT) backgrounds, 2026 pass outs
  • Capability to present information clearly and in a simple format
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
