The Customer Service Assistant supports department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software to provide an optimal customer experience and support customer service initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing data entry accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands; formatting material as required.
• Proofing material entered and generated data reports as required; reviewing discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification or advising supervisors of issues related to data to verify customer requests are processed correctly.
• Filing, keeping records, and preparing, transmitting, sorting, and distributing faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
• Promoting and maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Processing work in a timely manner and meeting daily productivity objectives; displaying a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals.
• Understanding and correctly working with multiple currencies and other requirements about processing international orders.
• Demonstrating effective time management and planning/organizing skills.
• Providing chat support as required, in local language plus other required languages.
• Supporting local Customer Service teams and providing support for other teams when needed.
• Actively supporting the team by aiding with complex or uncommon requests and best practices.
• Communicating professionally, verbally and in writing, in local language (minimum), including in a telephone environment.

Bachelor's degree required.
