Overview
Job Description
As a Junior Developer, you will be involved in both development and support of assigned projects within the IT-IS domain. The position offers exposure to a range of technologies and real-time problem-solving situations across production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, testing/debugging, and support of applications based on business needs.
- Document automation processes and technical solutions accurately and clearly.
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software issues in production and staging environments.
- Be available for Developer On-Call rotation which may include 24-hour support, weekends, holidays, and after-hours production support.
- Learn and improve on design patterns, software architecture, and advanced programming techniques.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding task progress, issues, and deliverables.
- Actively participate in reviews and collaborate with senior developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong willingness and aptitude to learn modern technologies and programming techniques.
- Basic working knowledge of any programming language such as Python, Java, C, C++, C#, .NET, or VB.
- Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
