Job Description
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands; format material as required.
- Proof material entered and generate data reports as needed; review discrepancies in data received, request clarification or advise supervisor of issues related to data to verify customer requests are processed correctly.
- File, keep records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Process work in a timely manner and meet daily productivity objectives; display a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals.
- Understand and correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements about processing international orders.
- Demonstrate effective time management and planning/organizing skills.
- Provide chat support as required, in local language plus other required languages.
- Support local Customer Service teams and provide support for other teams when needed.
- Actively support the team by aiding with complex or uncommon requests and best practices.
- Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, in local language (minimum), including in a telephone environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
