About the Role
Google is seeking a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer for its gTech Ads team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering scalable solutions for customers worldwide.
About gTech Ads
The gTech Ads team provides technical and media services to customers of all sizes, ensuring they get the most from Google's advertising and publishing products. The team collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop tools, solutions, and services that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable value.
About the Scaled Technical Services (STS) Team
The STS team works on globally applicable projects and initiatives, creating scalable ad solutions that can be reused across regions. As part of this team, you will collaborate with engineers and technical experts to design and implement impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and provide guidance on best practices for ad products and technologies.
- Design and build scalable solutions for global use by customers, sellers, and partners.
- Adapt bespoke regional ad solutions into globally applicable versions.
- Manage the complete solution lifecycle from discovery to launch, including maintenance and feature updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with SQL, technical design, web technologies, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with ad tech products such as ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
