Job Description

The Facilities Management Intern supports daily workplace operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. This internship offers practical exposure to facility operations, vendor coordination, workplace safety, and administrative support activities. It is suited for students interested in hotel management, operations, or workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations at the site level.
• Perform routine inspections of office areas such as meeting rooms, pantry spaces, common areas, and utilities.
• Track and monitor facility-related issues using internal systems.

Candidate Profile

• BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) qualification.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented approach with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment.
