Job Description
Cognizant is hiring IT Analyst Trainees for multiple locations across India. This is a full-time opportunity for fresh graduates from specific BSc and BCA programs. The role involves working on live projects in areas like IT service management, data analytics, database operations, and automation testing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write queries to retrieve data from databases and understand table relationships
- Perform CRUD operations and develop stored procedures as per design specifications
- Create and run manual or automated test cases
- Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets by identifying root causes
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
- Show initiative in learning and innovation within project environments

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BCA or BSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields)
- Degree Type: Full-time, 3-year undergraduate programs only
- Batches Eligible: 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and UG. Rounding off is not allowed (59.9% is not accepted)
- No standing arrears at the time of joining
- Candidates awaiting re-evaluation will be considered based on initial results
- CGPA must be converted to percentage as per university norms
- Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office and in any shift or technology
- Only Indian nationals or OCIs residing in India are eligible
