Meet the Team
Join the Cisco Networking Academy India team as a Networking Academy Associate Trainee supporting the India Apprenticeship Program. This initiative focuses on building job-ready technology skills and has reached more than three million learners across India.
The program promotes workforce readiness through initiatives such as the Virtual Internship Program (VIP), Learnathon, and other learning experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across India and the Asia Pacific region while contributing to instructor development, academy operations, and student progress tracking.
You will also help maintain networking labs and equipment, ensure alignment with Cisco standards, and support the delivery of technology education programs.
Your Impact
- Program Management and Administration: Support daily operations of the Cisco Networking Academy program, including scheduling, student enrollment management, and maintaining the academy's official program status.
- Instructor and Student Support: Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting instructors while helping ensure they are prepared to deliver courses such as CCNA and Cybersecurity.
- Curriculum and Technology Updates: Help keep course content aligned with current technologies and learn to work with the NetAcad learning management system.
- Lab and Equipment Management: Maintain networking equipment including routers and switches, and support functional lab environments using tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer.
- Quality Assurance and Reporting: Participate in student competency assessments, track program metrics, and contribute to reporting activities that maintain program quality standards.
- Partnership Management: Work with local schools, partners, and community organizations to support program delivery and expand outreach.
