CACTUS is a remote-first organization that follows an accelerate-from-anywhere culture. Candidates may occasionally be asked to travel to the Mumbai office depending on business needs or team events.

The company is seeking a Content & Website Operations Intern who wants to build a long-term career in marketing and gain practical exposure to website implementation, content updates, and marketing operations. This role focuses on execution and is suited for someone who enjoys structured work and wants insight into the daily functioning of marketing teams.

You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams using CMS platforms such as Strapi and WordPress. The role involves supporting website and blog updates while assisting with ongoing content marketing activities.

Note: This is a full-time internship with a duration of three months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with website updates and content implementation using Strapi.
• Upload, publish, and manage blog content through WordPress.
• Ensure accuracy of content, maintain consistent formatting, and support timely publishing.
• Use AI tools to repurpose content and support marketing operations efficiently.
• Help execute operational marketing tasks across campaigns.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and content repositories as needed.
• Work with product and marketing team members to support planned initiatives.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to handle operational and execution-focused work.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS tools, knowledge of Strapi is beneficial but not required.
• Good written communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable learning in a fast-paced cross-functional setting.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Interest in digital marketing, product marketing, or content operations.
