Purpose of the Role:

To design, develop, and enhance software solutions using various engineering methodologies, providing business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development:
  Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Code Quality & Reviews:
  Participate in code reviews and collaborate with peers to promote a culture of code quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Secure Coding:
  Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Unit Testing:
  Implement and maintain effective unit testing to ensure code reliability, readability, and alignment with best practices.

Analyst Expectations:

• Perform assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner while driving continuous improvement.
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge to deliver solutions and support assigned areas of expertise.
