Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to the Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. Job Description
The Global Technology division manages the critical systems and platforms behind the company's retail, commercial and institutional businesses, along with key support functions globally. Work covers mobile and online banking, payments processing, technology infrastructure, cyber-security, risk and capital management and enterprise data management.
Global Technology teams work with immersive technology such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and practice simulations. You will use leading technology solutions and integrated platforms so customers and clients can bank with the company anytime, anywhere.
Skills exposure: Full stack, SRE, AI/ML, Cloud, Pega, BPM, Cybersecurity (Network Security, Pen testing, IAM, Cloud Security), Infosec, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Android, iOS, Mobile Technologies
Responsibilities
You will make sure software meets functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, with solutions designed for maintainability, easy integration and testing from the start. Key tasks may include:
- Gathering and translating internal and external client requirements into technical design specifications and business process re-engineering
- Coding solutions and unit tests, and making sure they integrate successfully into internal banking applications and systems with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces
- Taking part in CI/CD delivery and release events, including branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution and release notes
Documenting models and findings, and supporting data collation and processing for development and delivery.
Building proofs of concept to implement new ideas or reduce risk.
Ensuring execution and delivery meet technology expectations for functionality, quality, performance, reliability and timelines.
Working with global development teams and business partners across APAC, EMEA and AMRS, and translating business and functional requirements for banking, trading and markets.
Identifying, escalating and resolving incidents and issues.
