Position Overview
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, analyze, and deliver data-driven solutions that address key business challenges. You will develop and deploy ML-powered technical solutions for customer-facing platforms, working in a collaborative, agile, and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Machine Learning solutions for eCommerce and customer platforms
• Conduct statistical and data analysis to generate datasets for training and development
• Collaborate with team members to deliver cutting-edge ML-driven solutions
• Apply Deep Learning (PyTorch) and Classical ML (Scikit-Learn) techniques
• Work with SQL and Python ML stack for analysis and data wrangling

Minimum Qualifications

• MTech, MMath, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computational Linguistics, or related fields
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning
• Strong knowledge of Python ML stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Proficiency with SQL
• Understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, Conversational AI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience in NLP systems such as Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems, or Chatbots
• Familiarity with big data tools (Hive, Presto, Glue, Spark, Athena)
• Strong software engineering skills (data structures, algorithms)
• Experience with AWS (data pipelines, MLOps, model serving)
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, Lucene, or Solr
