About the Role
The team is seeking an Implementation Associate, Consulting who can perform effectively in a fast paced environment. In this position, you will collaborate with project managers and global teams to support the onboarding of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients onto the iLEVEL platform.
The role involves working across departments to ensure successful implementation and effective use of the Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting solution. As this is a client facing position, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Interact frequently with clients and maintain clear communication throughout project activities.
- Support the US and UK based client deployment teams by helping implement, customize, and enhance Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting services for Private Equity clients across the APAC region.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data handling and reporting tasks.
- Understand capital market structures, with emphasis on private capital markets and financial accounting.
- Interpret different financial documents such as valuation reports, financial statements, portfolio summaries, and fund analytics.
- Clarify client requirements and design reporting outputs that align with the available data.
- Work independently when required and utilize available resources before escalating issues to team leads.
Main Responsibility Areas
- Handle and manage confidential client data responsibly.
- Prepare financial reports and templates, and configure the platform according to Private Equity and Venture Capital client requirements.
- Develop subject matter expertise on the client platform, including its features, capabilities, and usage.
- Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in client facing roles or project related work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of financial reporting and financial statement analysis.
- Knowledge of alternative investments or private equity.
- Experience facilitating client sessions or presentations is beneficial.
- Financial modeling knowledge is an advantage.
- Exposure to platforms such as QVAL, iLEVEL, or iVal is considered beneficial.
Education and Competencies
- Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to conduct client sessions and presentations confidently.
- Experience working with financial software platforms is beneficial.
