Overview
Position: Associate Analyst - Risk Management Services
As an Associate Analyst within the Risk Management Services (RMS) team, you will play a key role in safeguarding EY’s independence as an auditor. You will work on globally defined processes aligned with EY Global Independence policies, supporting EY country practices worldwide in making informed decisions on client acceptance and continuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts.
- Review and evaluate submissions from client-serving teams for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform reconciliation, research, and analysis using EY Independence and finance tools.
- Update internal systems with accurate information post-review by project managers.
- Communicate with project managers and audit teams to follow up on pending actions.
- Interpret client company structures and entity relationships as per EY policies.
- Conduct secondary research using internal and external databases.
- Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions and meet defined KPIs.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance, from a reputed institution.
- 0–1 year of experience in research and analysis (professional services experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of company and ownership structures, auditor independence, and risk management concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
