Cognizant is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Analyst Trainee across PAN India locations. The role may be aligned to one of the following domains based on candidate credentials and performance during the hiring process:
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Multicloud
- Digital Workplace Services
Responsibilities
IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
- Prepare and execute manual or automated tests.
- Analyze and resolve service tickets following standard operating procedures.
- Utilize IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
- Innovate and experiment within projects.
Multicloud
- Maintain and administer computing environments.
- Monitor production servers and manage incidents.
- Provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
- Follow security, compliance, and customer communication guidelines.
- Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
Digital Workplace Services
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Log and track support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams for complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch with a three-year full-time UG degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 60% aggregate for IT & Integrated Smart Operations; minimum 50% aggregate for Multicloud and Digital Workplace Services.
- No standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location, in shifts, and in any technology domain.
- Open to Indian nationals/OCIs residing in India.
