About the Role
ABB is seeking an Analyst - Accounts Payable to join its Finance division in Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will support accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including monitoring for fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) within the Accounts Payable team, including participation in testing and documentation.
- Process vendor invoices with required documentation and approvals.
- Enter invoice and payment details into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements to address outstanding payments promptly.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Fresh graduates with a postgraduate degree or candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Commerce-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on tasks, projects, or programs in support of internal processes.
Work Model
Onsite role based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
