About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 07
The Client Relations team manages inbound queries received through email and phone. The team resolves issues directly or routes them to the appropriate department when needed. It also acts as the primary contact center for internal stakeholders and represents S&P Global when interacting with external clients.
The Impact
This position involves frequent interaction with both external and internal clients. You will coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved accurately and within defined timelines. The role requires strong accountability and a focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to queries received from internal and external clients via email and phone.
- Investigate and triage billing related concerns and issues related to client access to company products.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve or redirect them following established processes.
- Ensure each request is handled within the department's defined SLA and closed after confirmation from the client.
