The Client Relations team manages inbound queries received through email and phone. The team resolves issues directly or routes them to the appropriate department when needed. It also acts as the primary contact center for internal stakeholders and represents S&P Global when interacting with external clients.
This position involves frequent interaction with both external and internal clients. You will coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved accurately and within defined timelines. The role requires strong accountability and a focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
