Airbus Hiring SAP & AI Intern in Bangalore, Jan 2027 Start

The Information Management (IM) Function is looking for an enthusiastic SAP & AI Intern who enjoys IT, enterprise software, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. You will help deliver innovations that accelerate the next generation of digital products in a dynamic, agile environment.

The Role

You will bridge complex business processes, enterprise technical architecture, data structures, and modern AI algorithms. Working with experienced functional, technical, and AI specialists, you will gain hands-on experience in SAP module workflows, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and AI-driven enterprise automation. The role balances real-time operational troubleshooting with participation in active development pipelines.

This is ideally a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technical architecture within the Airbus SAP landscape.
• Design and write efficient algorithms using suitable data structures to solve complex data processing and logic challenges in enterprise systems.
• Apply machine learning and AI concepts to evaluate and optimize ERP business processes, workflows, and data analytics.
• Help translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and algorithmic flowcharts.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) for enterprise systems and AI model training datasets.
• Take part in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and validation of software enhancements and AI integrations.
• Log, analyze, and troubleshoot functional or technical incidents under senior mentorship.
• Follow AI and technology trends and help teams apply them within Airbus to strengthen its competitive edge.
• Follow compliance requirements, internal policies, and procedures at all times, acting with integrity.
