Job Description

The Propulsion Control System Engineer supports system design, development, and integration activities related to engine interface functions across multiple aircraft programs. The role focuses on understanding system architecture, evaluating design updates, and contributing to validation activities for propulsion control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand propulsion control system design and review modifications or updates in system architecture.
  • Analyze design changes and initiate required actions to identify root causes, then follow up on corrective measures.
  • Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders including partners, system designers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with system design and testing teams during verification and validation (V&V) campaigns for various aircraft programs.
  • Develop tools that assist in system analysis and support V&V activities.
  • Perform modeling and simulation tasks to improve design maturity and aid validation work.
