An internship titled Internship - Physical Design & Integration has opened at Airbus India in Bangalore. You will join the Physical Design & Integration department. The internship is ideally 6 months and should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Main missions

• Understanding of system installation and electrical architecture of cabin and airframe
• Functional electrics
• Cabin assignment module

Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and developing your skills.

Skills you will develop

• Knowledge of the aircraft build process and a basic understanding of aircraft systems
• Agility and autonomy in a transnational environment
• Ability to work as a team in a highly collaborative environment
• Coordinating the efforts of a large team of diverse specialists and experts
• DMU understanding and navigation of product structure
• Good understanding of aircraft function, operation, and processes

Competences

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of aircraft industrialization principles
• Knowledge of the aircraft build process, including configuration management principles
• Knowledge of systems installation and various systems (e.g. electrical, mechanical)
• Knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes
• Data analytics skills are an added advantage

Soft skills:

• Team spirit
• Proactive
• Autonomous
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Language: fluent English.
