Job Description
Airbus is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the HR department in Bangalore, supporting the Employee Development team. This program is designed to help graduates begin their careers within a global organization known for innovation, digital transformation, and a diverse international workforce.
The apprenticeship is planned as a 12‑month program, expected to begin around July 2026, with some flexibility on the start date.
Your Mission
As an apprentice in HR Projects and Transformation, you will contribute to initiatives that support organizational development and employee engagement. Your work will be structured around three main transformation pillars, where you may lead or support projects based on team priorities and your strengths.
Pillar 1: Talent Attraction and Market Presence
- Create and support employment marketing content that communicates the Airbus story to external audiences.
- Assist in the recruitment lifecycle by supporting Workday processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Pillar 2: Organizational Culture and Belonging
- Participate in culture transformation initiatives that bring Airbus global values into local practice.
- Support Inclusion and Diversity programs that promote an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
Pillar 3: Capability Building and Growth
- Assist Learning and Development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and encouraging a digital learning culture.
- Help identify emerging skills required for the future workforce.
Throughout the program, a dedicated tutor will guide you in defining professional goals and building relevant HR capabilities.
Skills and Learning Outcomes
During the apprenticeship you will gain experience in managing HR initiatives, working with modern HR technology, and collaborating with stakeholders across teams and regions.
- Project Management: Learn how HR projects are planned and executed within a global organization.
- HR Digital Tools: Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Workday and Google Workspace.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across departments and countries to support HR programs.
