Job Description
The Data Management and Business Methods Engineer supports the development and management of structured data systems used by multidisciplinary teams. The role involves handling data products, coordinating with digital teams, and improving processes related to data management and system models.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage stakeholder requirements for data products and datasets.
- Structure, organize, and maintain complex data systems used across multiple engineering teams.
- Support database and ontology development activities, including management of data catalogs.
- Work in Agile environments and iterate on data models and system structures.
- Collaborate with digital teams to align on the implementation roadmap for data products.
- Contribute to studies and propose innovative approaches for improving data processes and tools.
- Create collaboration topics and initiatives that enhance existing methods and workflows.
Technical Environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of object oriented programming concepts.
