About the Role
NCSi is looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to become part of our forward-thinking team. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms aimed at addressing practical challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement machine learning models to analyze large datasets and support improved decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into existing systems and processes.
- Conduct experiments to validate, refine, and optimize model performance.
- Monitor deployed models, evaluate results, and make iterative improvements.
- Stay informed about emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Clear communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Experience with deep learning and natural language processing (NLP).
- Understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
