Summary
In this role, you will help design, develop, and configure software applications based on project requirements. The position involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals while supporting smooth execution from development through deployment.
You will contribute to troubleshooting activities, collaborate with team members, and maintain effective communication across teams and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build knowledge and provide support to the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Assist with documenting application design and configuration details for knowledge sharing.
- Work with team members to identify improvements and support continuous process enhancement.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Hands-on understanding of Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud communication platforms and integration methods.
- Familiarity with configuring and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center software solutions.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information
- Minimum experience required: 0-2 years.
- A full-time 15 years of education is required.
