The Juspay Hiring Challenge is Juspay's off-campus hiring test for final-year B.Tech students, run on Unstop. If you clear it, you join Juspay in Bengaluru as a full-time, in-office intern for 8 to 12 months at ₹40,000 a month, and can convert to a full-time role at ₹21 to 27 LPA based on performance.
Status on 30 October 2026: we found no 2026 edition. The last one ran in 2025 for the 2026 batch, and Juspay's careers page shows no openings. Earlier editions opened at different times of year (June 2021, November 2021, February 2022, August 2024, June 2025), so we can't predict the next date. This page will be updated when Juspay announces it.

Eligibility
Each edition names its batch. The 2025 challenge took only B.Tech or B.E. students graduating in 2026; the 2024 one took final-year students graduating in 2025 and 2024 passouts. All branches are eligible and you take part on your own. Juspay is clear that the internship is full time: "Please do not apply if you cannot do a full-time internship." M.Tech, MCA and B.Sc students haven't been included in any edition.
Rounds (2024 and 2025)
- Round 1.1: an MCQ test, 30 questions in 30 minutes, taken any time in a 24-hour window.
- Round 1.2: a second MCQ round on systems, algorithms and data structures, logical reasoning, physics and mathematics.
- Round 2: three coding problems in one sitting, about 90 minutes per Juspay's description. Scoring counts test cases, time taken and code quality.
- Profile verification for everyone shortlisted.
- Round 3: final interviews.
Editions in 2021 and 2022 were branded "Think Big with Functional Programming" and ended with a 2-day hackathon instead of interviews.
