Job Description

The Finance Accounting & Reporting Specialist is an entry level position responsible for processing BAU entries, generating, tracking, and submitting financial reports in coordination with the Finance team and various stakeholders. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BAU activities in accordance with bank guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Part of the month-end close process for Real Estate Services (RES) managed segment.
• Processing the BAU entries and assisting month end reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliation process for International RES specific accounts (such as Security Deposit, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accruals, Prepaids, etc.)
• Involved in the balance sheet reconciliation process to identify and resolve breaks covering RES segment.
• Support various regional and in-country stakeholders (RES, Controllers, Fp&A, Balance Sheet Substantiation) on inquiries.
• Foster a robust Risk and Control culture by understanding Citi's approach to managing risk, as described in our Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise discretion when exchanging complex or sensitive information with others.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Detail oriented.

Education

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
